The website navelixa.com is operated by Navelixa S.R.L., RNC 1-32-98765-4, registered in the Santo Domingo Commercial Registry under No. 84.512-SD, with registered address at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Piantini, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

This website has an informational purpose and is used to gather subscribers to the Navelixa newsletter. The information published does not constitute financial advice, a public offering or an investment recommendation.

Navelixa may modify these Terms & Conditions when there are regulatory or service changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santo Domingo de Guzmán, National District.
