2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through our newsletter form (name and email address), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) when you grant consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to send you periodic information about real estate crowdlending projects in the Dominican Republic, news and updates about our services, and to measure site performance in aggregate form.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, granted when submitting the form and accepting this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for the time necessary to fulfil the described purpose, and for a maximum period of five (5) years from your last interaction with Navelixa, unless a different legal retention obligation applies.
6. Recipients
The data is not disclosed to third parties outside the service. We may rely on technology providers (for example email-sending and hosting services) acting as data processors under contract and subject to equivalent protection standards.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@navelixa.com, attaching a copy of an identity document. If you consider that your rights have been infringed you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in the Dominican Republic.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when there are regulatory or functional changes. The current version will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
